Responsible Use Policy

Intended use

• Auditing a website you own, operate, or are otherwise authorized to assess.
• Running our free tools (WebMCP Readiness, AI Crawler Access) against your own domains, or a client's domain with their permission.
• Using generated Full Pack assets on the site they were produced for.

Prohibited use

• Scanning or crawling third-party sites at scale without authorization, including for reconnaissance ahead of an attack.
• Using the audit, WebMCP, or crawler-checker tools to probe infrastructure you do not own or have written permission to test.
• Automating requests to our API outside documented rate limits, or attempting to circumvent usage limits tied to the Free plan.
• Reselling or redistributing scan results as your own audit product without a partnership agreement.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our scoring methodology at scale.

Rate limits & fair use

Free accounts are limited to a small number of scans per day; Pro accounts get unlimited rescans within normal, non-automated usage patterns. We may throttle or block traffic that looks like scripted abuse regardless of plan.

No guarantee of AI recommendation

Our tools report heuristic signals and estimates. They do not guarantee that any AI answer engine will cite, recommend, or even index your site — those systems are operated by third parties and change independently of anything we measure.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, without prior notice for severe or repeated violations.
