What should I put in my llms.txt?

Your name, a one-line summary, a short description, and a curated list of your most useful pages.

Open with an H1 containing your product name, then a blockquote with the single sentence you most want repeated about you. Those two lines do most of the work.

Follow with a short About section in plain language — what it is, who it is for, what it costs if that is simple to state.

Then list key pages as Markdown links with a few words on what each covers: pricing, documentation, comparison, FAQ, about. Curate rather than dumping your sitemap.

Keep it short and keep it accurate. A stale llms.txt that contradicts your site is worse than none. Our generator will draft one from your live homepage if you want a starting point.
