Why does Claude never mention my business?
Usually because nothing in its available context distinguishes you clearly enough to name — often a positioning problem rather than an access problem.
If your product launched recently or is small, it may simply not feature in training data. That part you cannot fix directly; what you can fix is everything that governs retrieval and description.
The most common self-inflicted cause is category ambiguity. Products described purely by benefit — "ship faster", "grow better" — give a model no category to file them under, so they never surface for category questions.
The second cause is thin, unquotable content. If there is no page that answers a specific buyer question completely, there is nothing to pull from even when your site is reachable.
Test it directly: ask Claude to describe your product from your URL. The gap between its answer and your intended positioning is your work queue.
